AVON provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all its cosmetic and non-cosmetic products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it without giving a reason within 90 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
You can claim cosmetic products if they are at least two-thirds full. For non-cosmetic products, it is sufficient that they do not show signs of damage and that tags and hygiene stickers are not removed. Underwear cannot be claimed. Not sure?
