This is a reputable company and I have received all the products ordered. However, communication between the date of purchase and delivery was poor, and I grew frustrated waiting. I live in the UK and the order was shipped after 2 weeks. The customer experience could have been improved by regular updates where delivery was expected to be delayed. All in all, I would order again from this company.
