dmBio Penne, 500 g

Our dmBio Penne are carefully made in Italy from 100% Italian durum wheat semolina using traditional methods. The semolina is partially ground so that components of the grain layers are retained in our penne. The pasta dough is pressed through traditional bronze molds. This gives the pasta a rougher surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. Our Penne are ideal for casseroles or pasta salads. They are a pleasure, especially with our fine dmBio pasta sauces or pestos.
