For our dmBio Bourbon vanilla sugar, we use 8% ground Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and combine it with fine raw cane sugar. Our bourbon vanilla sugar gives desserts, pastries and fruit dishes a pleasant, aromatic sweetness. The transparent outer film is garden compostable and consists of renewable raw materials (cellulose).
