High score to the shop, low score to the shipping
The store is perfect: I couldn\'t find my preferred flavours in Italy, but when I saw them here I was so happy about it. However, I can\'t be so happy about the shipping: I\'ve chosen GLS carrier for a fast and secure shipment, but when the parcel has arrived in Italy (Trieste) they took 14 days to deliver it to Milan. I was so disappointed about that, and this wasn\'t the first time that GLS failed to stay in a decent timing for the shipping. So, please remove them from the delivery options: they lower the shop\'s quality.

Thank you for your review. We try to offer customers more carriers in each country. For orders to Italy you can choose from 3 carriers + GLS, Bartolini or Poste Italiane.

Overall very pleased
Overall I'm very happy I took a chance on this purchase. My package arrived within 3 weeks (a week earlier than I expected and during a pandemic that's impressive for international shipping). The only issue that I had was that a tracking number was not provided for the service used and I never heard back from customer service when I asked about that. I will definitely reorder the same purchase in the future if need arises since every other aspect of the process was great.

Good online store
Although there was a delay in shipping, but it's due to Covid 19. Website is easy to navigate, buying & paying is a breeze. This is the only store that sells this product online to the UK, so thank you!

Mung bean cakes are very good, although I wish you had the other brand (Bao Hien Rong Vang) as it's a better one. But still, very nice to be able to buy these from you. A rare treat. There was a delay in receiving these, but then the Covid 19 is still on.
