Dear customer, shipping cost is calculated by the weight of all items in the order and destination country. Corresponds to the shipping price of the selected carrier. There are no extra charges from us. The total price of the order including shipping cost you see in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Not What I Expected
The reason I ordered from Fresh Store was because I saw it was based in Sligo, so same country as I am but it’s been nearly a month and now I get shipping information to say that the order is coming from Czechia. Not from Sligo. I’m very disappointed.

Took very long time.
No comment just facts:
Product was ordered 26.11 and it was available.
After 1 week I wrote asking where it was, and the same dai I receive an email that a shipment is now existing and after some days we’re in czeck republic. It stay there two weeks, I wrote again, then I receive an email that was taken in care by Italian carrier. But it arrived at the end 17.12.
I don’t know about the shipment, but in any case ten days to ship the order is not acceptable for me.

delivery time and manner
it took 2 weeks to ship the order and I was not able to change the shipping address although that is possible using the tracking/shipping template. In addition, the delivery company threw it over the fence which could have destroyed the package had it rained as it did the day before. Overall, not very pleasant consumer experience.

We are sorry, but we can't change address when the package is already on the way. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the behavior of the transport company. According to our information, the Spanish Post is now delivering shipments without a signature, due to Covid-19.
