Dallmayr Frisian mixture in the tea pyramid

Prepare Friesian tea

For East Frisian tea enjoyment, prepare a Dallmayr Friesland mix with one pyramid bag per cup. Pour boiling water over the tea pyramid and let the tea steep for 3 to 4 minutes. For a typical East Frisian tea ceremony, the tea is prepared in a pot. Two large pieces of rock candy ("Kluntjes") are placed in the cup and the tea is poured over them. Using a cream spoon, carefully slide the liquid cream into the tea on the edge of the cup. Creamy puffs ("Wulkje") now rise in the dark tea, so do not stir under any circumstances! The taste of the tea changes from sip to sip the closer you get to the sweet rock sugar and the cream on the bottom of the cup.
