Our dmBio whole grain farfalle are carefully made in Italy from 100% Italian whole grain durum wheat semolina using traditional methods. All components of the grain layers are still contained in our whole grain farfalle. The pasta dough is pressed through traditional bronze molds. This gives the pasta a rougher surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. Our wholemeal farfalle are ideal for casseroles or pasta salads. They are a pleasure, especially with our fine dmBio pasta sauces or pestos.
