Our dmBio jasmine rice of the Thai Hom Mali variety is known for its delicately fragrant, flowery aroma, which unfolds in particular during cooking and thus gives the rice its typical taste and scent. For this reason, jasmine rice is often referred to as "fragrant rice". Our dmBio jasmine rice comes from a Naturland cultivation cooperative in northern Thailand. Thanks to its fine long-grain rice structure and slightly sticky consistency, jasmine rice is ideal for preparing Thai curries and other Asian curries and as an accompaniment to all kinds of fish, meat and vegetable dishes.
