Oolong teas from Taiwan are very rare and among the finest teas in the world. Peach trees provide shade for the tea bushes. The tea is picked during the peach blossom season, giving it its delicate, floral peach aroma. It's subtly fragrant and sweet in the cup.
Preparation:
Pour freshly boiled water over one level teaspoon of tea per cup. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
