The Dobensana® lozenges honey & lemon are used to support the treatment of inflammation of the pharynx, which is associated with typical symptoms such as sore throat, reddening or swelling. They are ideal for early-stage sore throats and initial scratchy sore throats. It offers effective relief from sore throats and fights pathogens in the throat. They have the two antiseptic active ingredients dichlorobenzyl alcohol (DCBA) and amylmetacresol (AMC), which synergistically strengthen each other.
