If you wish to contact us please either email shop@fresh-store.eu, our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all email will be dealt with in the order received.

fresh-store.eu only sells 100% genuine products, we do not sell any fakes or copies. We do occasionally sell damaged items or items without their original packaging (and lid), this is always advertised on the product details and in no way reflects on the quality of the product.

We try to show the products with authentic images but some images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards, Paypal, and bank transfer to UK, US or Germany Bank. We will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.

All prices are in EUR (€) or GBP (£) or USD ($) and include VAT.

fresh-store.eu do not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through PayPal which is a secure site.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. We reserve the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

fresh-store.eu reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.

Once an order has been placed, fresh-store.eu are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.

If fresh-store.eu is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. fresh-store.eu will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the Europe Union these charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. 

Please notify fresh-store.eu if your order to Europe Union has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the Europe Union must allow 30 working days (to certain destinations delivery takes up to two months - e.g. Russia, South America). Your parcel may then be deemed 'missing' and we can offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of a non-delivery.

Any complaints should be made in writing either by post to: RZ & PARTNERS LTD, Suite 36, 88-90 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London, EC1N 8PG, United Kingdom or by email to <a href="mailto:shop@rzpartners.co.uk" class="horni">shop@rzpartners.co.uk</a>. Where possible we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.

fresh-store.eu shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
