If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographical evidence to support claims for damages.
If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of the date of delivery and return all goods.
An unwanted product can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it's still in original, unopened packaging.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice.
You cannot return unwanted items after 30 days of purchase, nor can you return items that have been used.
Returned items should be sent by registered mail. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices.
Some products can't be returned:
- medicines and vitamins
- sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after purchase (unless these items are faulty)
