dmBio Flour, flax flour, 200 g

For the production of our dmBio linseed flour, linseeds are gently partially de-oiled by pressing and then finely ground. Linseed flour has a slightly nutty taste and is characterized by its excellent swelling properties. When baking, about 25% of the grain flour specified in the recipe can be replaced with linseed flour.
