The morning starts particularly well with our dmBio Basen Balance Porridge - thanks to the mixture of fine buckwheat, amaranth, naturally sweet tigernuts and fruity apricots. The porridge is both a source of protein and high in fiber. The naturally contained zinc contributes to a normal acid-base metabolism (3). Enjoy the porridge at lunchtime, in the evening or as a snack. You can prepare the porridge warm or cold with milk, plant drinks or water. Refine the porridge with nuts or fresh fruit as you like.
